Perspective

Sometimes life is so busy, I don't really have time to put all of the little details into perspective.  Between making lunches for the big kids, hunting down formula at Target for the babies, taking care of our home, and working full-time, it's easy to purposefully skip by the glaring details that encompass our day to day life. I swear I'll look back on these days and wonder how we made it, but until then, I try so hard to engrave the daily details into my overflowing memory. It's hard. I'm not going to pretend it's not.  The very thing I used to worry about happening (not giving every single child enough attention every day) happens often. It's taken me a while to realize that quality time is so much better than quantity. But, it's true. It's not how you do it, it's who you do it with, that truly matters. It's all about how you look at it.

(And judging by Landon's perspective...he doesn't care if his pumpkin is upside down or not!)
